Best Sushi in Lockdown
It’s never a bad time for sushi! We have collected some of our favorite (and Yelp’s too), Sushi Restaurants in Rohnert Park. While restaurants and business are starting to open up, these restaurants still offer online and call in orders with ‘no contact’ pick up! They offer dozens of different types of sushi rolls, Korean and Japanese options, and Bento boxes. There is an option for everyone in the family! Paradise Sushi has an outstanding appetizer menu, but don’t forget to check out Honey Cuisine’s Dolsot. Quick Sushi and Sushiko offer deals on combination items and Bento boxes. And last but not least, Jidaiya sushi offers a free item when you make an order of $40.00 or more!
Paradise Sushi and Grill
Family owned and operated Paradise Sushi is unique in making its own wonderful homemade sauces. They offer all you can eat sushi and family Hibachi meals that range from 2, 4 and 6 servings. Paradise Sushi has a phenomenal assortment of appetizers, I suggest trying their Crispy Crab Wontons or the Shrimp Martini! Try not to get over whelmed looking at the Sushi rolls, Paradise has a large menu and every roll is outstanding! For the picky eaters in the family Paradise Sushi has a dinner menu with options of tempura, chicken, and beef teriyaki. The dinner options come with a house salad, miso soup, coleslaw, and rice. Paradise Sushi is located next to the Goodwill Redwood Empire off Rohnert Park Expressway.

Jidaiya Sushi
Jidaiya Sushi has a vast variety of sushi rolls whether you want a spicy kick in your roll with spicy aioli or dial it down with some cream cheese, they have all the options for you. Their Maki is phenomenal, you must try the Avocado and Sweet Potato Maki! The entrees range from chicken to Unagi Don, and come with many sides which include: soup, salad, rice, and vegetarian tempura. If you are NOT a seafood or sushi lover, well you’re in luck! Jidaiya Sushi has many ramen options, even vegetarian ramen. Currently Jidaiya Sushi offers coupon codes for a free deep fried California roll, free kakiage, or a free sweet potato maki when you make orders over 40 dollars online. Honey Cuisine
Honey cuisine not only has sushi to offer, but also a wonderful mix of Korean and Japanese cuisine! With a wide variety of food options there is guaranteed to be something on the menu for even the pickiest of eaters. The Japanese portion includes options ranging from Tempura to Sashimi, while the Korean portion of the menu includes Spicy Dup Bop and Soft Tofu Soup! My personal favorite items are the Dolsot which is served in a clay pot or the Bibimbap. If you are unfamiliar with these dishes they include rice, vegetables, and a delicious fried egg! Honey Cuisine is located in Wolf Den Plaza, next to Starbucks and across the road from Sonoma State University.

Quick Sushi is not your average sushi restaurant and they offer outstanding Poke Bowls and even serve Sushi Ritos! For those family members who might not be ready to try the Heavy Metal roll, Quick Sushi offers mild rolls such as Cucumber and Avocado rolls. They offer amazing deals ranging from $11-$14 dollars on Sushi combination plates. 5 pieces of sushi and a choice of a Rainbow, California, Spicy Tuna, Shrimp, and Dragon roll. Sushiko
Sushiko was actually the first sushi restaurant I had tried when I moved up to Rohnert Park from Southern California. So I was a bit hesitant to try sushi when the beach wasn’t 10 minutes away, but I fell in love with Sushiko! If sushi is not one of your favorite foods then you must try their lunch Bento Box specials! You can pick two food options for $13.50, or three for $16.95 and the lunch special comes with soup, rice, and salad. Now that’s a deal! Sushiko offers “boat” specials, which include sushi and sushi rolls of your choice! These specials work perfect for date night or a dinner with the family! Sushiko is located off Commerce Blvd by the 101 freeway.
